Established by Civil engineer Cenk Balçık in 1995, incessantly continues its activities for 14 years. Bilmer Inşaat has changed its shareholding structure and vision in 2006 with the participation of civil engineer Levent Korkmaz.Since then,Bilmer Inşaat draws attention in its energy projects.
Bilmer Inşaat is conducting nowadays Keltepe Wind Turbine construction Project, Bozcaada Lighthouse and Bandırma Terminal complexe Project with its experienced and extensive staff
